To facilitate communication with the technician, someone that's going to a box maintenance, or in case of a network expansion, OZmap allows you to export the box diagram in two file formats: PNG and PDF.

To export the box, simply access the box and click on one of the two icons represented in the image below. The first one is to generate a PNG and the second one a PDF.

The system will generate a file and download it; In the generated file (below) you can see the schematic (drawing) of the box, the project to which it belongs, the name of the box, the pole on which it is located, the status (whether implanted or not), the level, the coordinates and a map showing your position in an aerial view.

This diagram can also be extracted from multiple elements at the same time. To do it, just generate an area report (click here to learn how to generate an area report), open the corresponding item tab and select the items to export, click "Export", then "Diagram" and choose the desired format.

When you export a box in PNG or PDF,  any currently active lighting on the box will also appear in the image. According to the following example.

The lighting colors are fully configurable, just go to "System" and set them as your prefer.

Additionally, you can add your company logo to your box diagram. These settings can also be changed through the System Settings. For more details, click here.
