The integration with IClass enables service order management directly within your app by allowing you to search for boxes and splitters near clients in OZmap. This integration is provided by the IClass team, using the API provided by OZmap.
To check available boxes, the user must access a client’s service order that is marked as “In Progress.” The search for boxes is done through the “Equipment Map” feature, which scans for all boxes near the client’s coordinates based on the radius defined in OZmap. Once the results are returned, the user will be able to view all boxes within that radius, along with their general information, as well as their splitters and detailed port statuses (available and unavailable).
Required Data
To activate the service, you need to create an API key in your OZmap (click here to learn more about it). The user must have access to all projects. Once the API key is created, it should be sent to the IClass team along with your OZmap URL. For the integration, this URL will always follow the format of your OZmap domain and port 9994, for example: EXAMPLE.ozmap.com.br:9994/api/v2.
Therefore, you should contact IClass support and provide the following information:
URL
OZmap API key
Additionally, if your OZmap server is hosted on-premises, you must allow the IP address of the server where IClass is installed to access ports 80 and 9994 on your OZmap environment through the firewalls.
