The OZmap administrative tab contains important information, such as your plan type, limits, and whether there is any default, among other information. To access it, you must have the “administrative.view” permission activated in your user role. To learn more, click here.
The administrative tab is located on the left side of your OZmap, just below the backups tab. Simply click on the button highlighted in the screenshot to view the information.
In Details you will have information about the name that is registered, the domain (URL) of your OZmap, whether the plan limit has been exceeded, and also if there is a default.
Use and Limits section shows the elements in the “Resource” column, the number of elements that your plan allows in “Limit”, how many elements you have in “Used” and the remaining elements to reach the plan limit in the “Remaining ” column. If you exceed the limit of your current plan, the exceeded element will appear with the - sign.
As shown in the print above, the client limit is 2000, and 3695 clients are registered in the system, exceeding the limit by 1695 additional customers.
If any limit is exceeded, your plan will be upgraded in the next monthly payment, ensuring the limits are adapted to your needs. It is also possible to delete the excess elements to adapt to the current plan.
The Additional Services tab lists the additional services you have in your OZmap, such as integrations with other systems.
