The audit is a tool that allows you to track actions performed in the system, such as login, creation, update, and deletion of elements. It also provides details about the user who carried out the actions, the element that was edited, the date, and the specific data of the modification.
To view the audit, you need to access it from the left panel of OZmap by clicking on “Audit”.
Below are all the columns available in the audit:
According to the numbering in the image above, each column and its functionalities are listed below.
- Operation: This column lists all performed operations, such as login, element creation, backups, and more. By clicking the expand button indicated by the arrow, filter options with all recorded actions will appear, along with the sorting mode you want to use to view this information.
- User: This column lists all users who performed actions. Just like in the Operation column, it is possible to apply filters to view a specific user or adjust the display order.
- Identifiers: This column indicates which element was modified, such as the name of the box that was changed.
- Date/Hour: This column allows you to identify the date and hour when the changes were made. You can sort them in ascending or descending order, or even apply filters.
- Data: By clicking the “i” icon, you can view the details of each operation performed.
