The heat map tool allows you to generate a visual indication on your map indicating where there's a denied viability to study network expansion. This means that clients in these indicated locations are requesting a connection but are not being served for various reasons, which could be because there are no boxes nearby, the boxes are full, the PON port is full, among others. The heat map considers every click on OZloc that results in a negated viability.

 

To visualize the heat map, simply go to the map tools menu and click on the third icon, as shown at the image below.

After selecting this option, it will request you to enter a period to be analyzed, after you click on "show."  By default, the last year period will be displayed based on the current day.

The redder the map becomes, the more viability is being denied.
