Poles have a name, type, tags, address, licensing status, licensing protocol, location, and remarks can be inserted en masse (multiple at the same time).
Poles do not have projects within OZmap; once created in a particular project, they will be available in all other projects, limited only by their visibility within the project area.
To add a pole (1) or multiple poles (2), simply click on this icon:
To edit a pole, simply click on it. A window like the one shown below will open, where you can modify all its characteristics. In the "Cables" section, you will find the list of cables passing through this pole.
The color indicated will be by default as set in the type, but you can change it according to each element.
You can also batch edit the type and tags. To do this, select the area of the desired poles, go to the "Poles" tab, select the desired poles, and click on Change
There, you can also generate an address for the selected poles by clicking on "Tools". However, this option will only work if you have an API key registered in the system settings.
Make the desired changes and click on "Save".
Adding files
Within the poles, you can assign images, audio files, videos, text files, CSV files, and zip files to them. To do this, simplyaccess the side icon indicating the posts and select "New post".

Licensing
Your poles can have a "licensing status". This can be:
Unknown;
In analysis;
Licensed.
If it is "under review" or "licensed", there will be a field to enter the licensing protocol.
You can license the poles of a specific cable by right-clicking on the cable and selecting "Licensing Poles".
You can also license poles for multiple cables in batches. After generating an area, go to "Cables", select the cables you want to license poles for, click on "Tools", and then "Licensing Poles".
Adjacencies
Between poles, there can be adjacencies. Adjacencies represent the paths that cables can traverse.
OZmap utilizes adjacencies to automatically search for paths.
The calculation of a client's drop (distance between the pole where the client is located and the pole where the serving box is located) also relies on adjacencies.
There is a mode for displaying adjacencies.
A dashed black line indicates that there is an adjacency between poles. Meanwhile, a dashed gray line indicates that, in addition to the adjacency, there is a cable passing between the poles, and therefore the adjacency cannot be removed.
To add adjacencies between poles, hold down the Control key and move the mouse over the poles (without clicking any buttons). A green circle will indicate that you are in adjacency edition mode.
To remove adjacencies, hold down the Alt key, and a red circle will appear. Simply hover over the poles from which you want to remove the adjacency.
When you stop the mouse directly over an adjacency, the two adjacent poles will be highlighted in red. Clicking in this position will remove only that segment.
