If there's any difficulty finding the client’s address using the usual methods, you can request their location to help pinpoint where their address is
In this case, the client must be at home at the time. Once they confirm that they’re home, the seller should ask for their mobile number.
With the number in hand, simply click on the flag icon, as shown in the image below.
Clicking the icon will open a new window. There, the seller should enter the client's mobile number, including the area code. Use only numbers, no spaces, dashes, or parentheses, as shown in the example below.
Once confirmed, the system will send an SMS with a link to share the location. The message content can be customized to your preference, as long as it’s within 100 characters. To update it, simply contact our team.
A good practice is to inform the client that they’ll receive this message, so they’re prepared and don’t run into any issues.
After clicking the link sent via SMS, the client will be redirected to a page that shows their location.
If the location isn’t accurate, the client can adjust it by moving the map and then tapping 'send'. If everything looks correct, they can either tap 'send' or simply wait 10 seconds for the location to be submitted automatically.
Once the client's location is received, the seller can simply select the utility pole and complete the sale
In this final step, the process is the same as when completing a sale using the address.
